The Audition – Lawyers Lyrics 14 years ago
I think he made a deal with someone, but the decision is haunting him because he is unsure of the consequences. So he has an "awful dream" about the worst case scenario.

Owl City – The Airway Lyrics 14 years ago
I think that this song is about two lovers that cannot be together because of who they are. The two lovers are symbolized in this song by the "you" and "I" in the lyrics. To me, the two lovers are like the sun and the moon. The analogy doesn't fit perfectly, but here's my reasoning.

"I can see
You above with the ocean around me
If I could only stay
Overhead in the airway
You sail through
Endless sky with the evening around you
When I'm out on the bay
You're aloft in the airway"

Imagine that this takes place by the ocean. As the sun sets into the ocean, the moon rises and sails through the sky. It's the same again later in the song, just reversed. The two are in The Airway (i.e. life) but only catch glimpses of each other as life and time keep them apart. While one is in the sky flying, the other cannot take flight because of the way the world works. These lovers would be together if they could, but life prevents them from doing so.

Celldweller – So Long Sentiment Lyrics 14 years ago
To me, it seems as if he is missing someone or something that used to be a big part of his life and he's trying to cope with the loss. He realizes that he's wasted time missing that someone or something asking himself

"What the hell is wrong with me? Why am I torturing myself?"

And after all of the pain and loss he's felt, he decides that he is better off without that someone or something and removes any thoughts that would connect him to that someone or something, which he refers to as sentiment.

"So long sentiment It doesn't matter now."

And the repetition of this line is him convincing himself that the words are true.

This song holds a personal meaning to me. I was close friends with a girl at my church, but she has mental problems and started lashing out violently at her parents. So they sent her off to a state hospital for treatment. It took me forever to finally get over her absence and move on with my life. But I was constantly having to remind myself that "it doesn't matter now".
