| I'm gonna go a wild direction on interpretation. It seems to me to be about the "End of Days" (Apocalypse, Ragnarok, etc.). The intention of these ideas are not "The End of the World" but of the clearing away of the old and corrupt (the first verse) so that a new and better world can come into existence and the struggle it takes to get there (second verse) | |
