I think that the "dot-dot-dot" represents an ellipsis... ... ... I use those things all the time. They kind of, to me, represent a significant indifference. Maybe this song is about how the world is going to shit and no one really gives a shit... or some shit. I think it could have to do with some chick who thinks of herself as some kind of martyr as well. I wish Beck would lend some insight on his inspiration behind the meaning of the song. |
