| I don't understand why the rumors about Phil and a drowning person started in the first place. If you pay attention, the lyric is a simple insult. It's very easy to see he's just telling this person that he thinks so low of them that he would let them drown. It's very much the same as the more crude insult heard sometimes "I wouldn't pizz on you if you were on fire". And there it is....... | |
