5k1 is a court motion requested by the prosecution during the sentencing phase. It requests the court to reduce a defendants sentence because of cooperation with law enforcement. PSI is simply a presentence investigation. It would state whether or not the defendant cooperated with law enforcement. The meaning of the lyrics is simply "F" anyone associated with a 5k1 motion because that usually means they cooperated with law enforcement (SNITCHED). "Check his PSI" suggests to look at the persons presentence investigation to see whether or not they (SNITCHED). |
