Sixpence None the Richer – I've Been Waiting Lyrics 14 years ago
"And I know you love me now
But I don't see why you should"

is clearly with the christian sens, no human relation can equal this awesome feeling when revelation of His love, like a torrent:

"i don't know why... but you love me, i KNOW IT now.. (so i want changing who i'm)"

is really about loving what I AM (his creature) independently of what human eye can see (that i'm not good)

Mute Math – Typical Lyrics 14 years ago
you say: " I see a fight against conformity "
it's the life teaching+living by jesus. No surprise to hear about in disciples songs.

maybe the "oversimplification" is to say: religious is when it say "jesusjesusjesus"

"this is a song interpretation page, not an advertisement for god"

lol but lyrics of matemuth ARE advertising what they live and believe
So let christian's people write their interpretation without feeling assaulted.

you think it's just about the life, and?
Some here believe that life and jesus are the same word, mutemath first.

Mute Math – Spotlight (Twilight Mix) Lyrics 14 years ago
The song meaning is not about twilight, the song is written with christian purpose because it's what they live.

this track is in the movie because it fits at a moment of the story, no writting for ! haha

I think is about that the faith is about SURRENDER, and not FIGTHING FOR (that why jesus in not a religion)

Don't try to be accepted, to looks like, to act like : because in faith you still ARE.
Because jesus have done, just accept that you can't do anything for your salvation, except accepting His pity: accepting that now YOU ARE ONE OF US

The friendship with jesus is only about surrender and trust, and our difficulties are often from trying.

these song verses are really deep :
"You know the one thing you’re fighting to hold
Will be the one thing you’ve got to let go"
