| Judas Priest – Here Come The Tears Lyrics | 14 years ago |
This is another religious song by J.P. (the other one being "Run of the mill"). Tears are coming because of his repentance. Being alone for too much time made him reflect about his past life. He just doesn't want anymore to have some "love"; he wants more, "safe from harm", and the safest place for his heart is in the Heaven, which he erased from his life long before. It is hard to accept, but -finally- it happens (the songs ends in a thunder). God only saves: "won't Somebody love me?" he asked, knowing that there *is* the true answer, but his sins stopped him. Until now, when his tears (his repentance) is slowly, inevitably, come out. |

| Judas Priest – Run Of The Mill Lyrics | 14 years ago |
This is one of the few religious songs by J.P. in its early years. The singing man talks to himself about his good moral life and his success. He had had everything, but now he's alone, facing his death, scared and worried. His heart is shouting "I can't go on [by myself]". His only answer is the faith he once erased from his life. And he feels his heart is dramatically accepting it again. |
