The song definitely seems like it's about a relationship that's going wrong. "And so you're drinking in your room" means that one of them is drinking to make the pain go away while the other (also have drunk) "tried to find a quiet place that we could go To help you make decisions". The one who was drinking will realize in the end that the other was right "Its not the same You're going to tell me that I'm right You're going to come back down And find yourself Where you are again." Even though the meaning (that I've interpreted) is kind of sad, the music is very happy and something I've listened to quite a lot! |
