Totally agree w/ the suicidal aspect of the song. My take: A pair of lovers have made a pact to kill themselves together. The vocalist tells his lover to meet at his place (a highrise building). Upon arrival, he wonders if his lover will back out ('or have you come to catch me?'). They dance in the rain on the rooftop, preparing to jump off together. |
