I think this song is obviously about religion. Anyone who has put any thought into the lyrics and/or seen the music video would agree.
That said, any song is open to interpretation and people will focus on the interpretation they can relate to. Not everything is about love and relationships people.. That's what makes 30 Seconds to Mars so refreshing. :) |

This song reminds me of that point when you've been with someone for a while, you've both said "I love you", and you've been through the ups and downs but it's come to that comfortable point when, despite it all, you realize that you could really spend the rest of your life together. Its nothin' but love. :) |
