I think its comparing the big heads of wall street to psychopathic killers. I get the killer vibe with the "tops of heads" and the "choose my victims," while the "abused my position" and "it's cost my friends" seems to be directed at the big CEO's (either that or the politicians involved in the bailout). And obviously the whole repetition thing is about how they'll never learn from their mistakes. |
