| I thought it was about a woman being harassed by the State of Texas. Apparently, she dropped out of school, but the State indicated that she graduated and attended a variety of different programs. The No Child Left Behind Act falsified high school results stating that several individuals had graduated, when in reality they had dropped out altogether. It could be she wanted a man and the girlfriend manipulated her high school records to make it seem she had dropped out at 17. So the song is being sung by the guy's real girlfriend who is making fun of the woman who likes him. Women who operate in this manner usually are drunks who are not very pretty. And who annoy everyone. | |
