I absolutely love this song and someone like you, even though they relate to completely different ends of the broken relationship spectrum. It took me a few listens to piece together my interpretation which is: the song starts off with her in a relationship and her guy meets and falls for a new, younger girl who he eventually leaves his gf for....the guy soon realizes how much he misses his ex and begins sneaking around with her, she only agrees because she has a plan to get him back...the last part of the song reveals that she was playing him the entire time so that he would understand how she felt (People say crazy things, just cause I said it, don't mean that I meant it. Just cause you heard it) |
