You should probably get your facts straight before you say such foolish things. This country was not founded on Christian principles at all. None of our Founding Fathers were Christians, in fact most (if not all) of them rejected the religion altogether. No, our country was founded on Deist principles and religious tolerance, something that you seem to lack. No righteous man would want this country to be founded on Christian principles. A righteous man would this country to be founded exactly as it was, on the basis of life and liberty. We've lost the battle to illegal immigrants, but of course, they're also one of the major sources for the food on your table. What the hell is this war against atheists that you're speaking of? Seriously. No, that's just incorrect. Atheists don't look for war; there has never been a war in the name of atheism. But I'm sure you'll continue your march for the next religious war. I should have just begun with your last paragraph. You're almost there. Democrats won't save this country. Republicans won't save this country. Freedom won't save it, although it won't hurt, assuming people like you don't attempt to take it away. And God definitely will not save this country, especially since this country was not founded on God. The biggest problem in mankind has always been and sadly will likely always be religion, and the resulting intolerance, hypocrisy, and hatred that has stemmed from it. Maybe you're right, God help us all. |
