I agree with the ideas about adultery but I think everyone is taking the death part too literally. "so we drowned him in the pool, her in the ocean Bury the bodies in a park just down the street and then crawled back in bed" I think it's a metaphor. By cheating they are "killing" their spouses, like breaking their hearts. Also, in the end the line about getting high. I think it's like getting high off the thrill of cheating. "I've been getting high. And she breathes just like i do" I think the "breaths" are sexual and they are equally thrilled by the recklessness of cheating. |
