I agree with AllyRukus and Second Amendement, I don't think this song is about religion. I think it's about how our society is just so damn stupid and it doesn't care about anything we should be caring about. "All the things you missed when you were dismissed Because learning always ended at three" I think he means that the blonde doesn't care about learning after 3:00, when school ends. When she gets home after school, she wastes he time instead of doing something productive or educational. She won't learn when she doesn't have to. "Oh! Friend!
