Loved your post. Definitely to do with his belief in something (if you look at the word Apostasy). But I think he means if people continue with their apathy and belief is something which they don't really act on, we are in for a dystopian future. He's actually done quite a few with this theme. The whole last album was basically about that. But this song really brings it out. What I odn't understand is the part where he says 'evil in our veins', would make more sense if he said 'evil in our brains'? |
