I agree with theinsider the girl in the song is drunk and when your drunk your restricions on yourself go out the window. I know a girl who kisses other girls when she's drunk but she's totally straight. *shrugs* Actually I have kissed my friend and the line "don't mean I'm in love tonight" means the kiss is just a kiss. |

Although I like the somewhat conspiracy theory of the secret all controlling Illuminati working in the background with their hands in every pot, I do think it's a bit of a stretch. also I do agree that if they are controling her why risk people like you and girlmodela finding out. For me if I want to stay hidden I don't want to draw more accurate details to myself than what people hypothesize. Just like the Free Maisons. We pretty much know they exist but the details leave the organization to be almost mythical and mythical things have many vauge details. Look at all the vampire and werewolf things out there. If vampires really do exist how they opperate is not accurately known, same thing with the Illuminati. I'm not dissin you guys or calling you crazy I believe at one point in time dragons and unicorns existed. not now of course. I wish though. I mean how can people have a constant image of these two creatures and some other mythical creatures if they didn't at some point exist. I also partially believe in the Illuminati they are referenced in Tomb Raider movie, at the same time look at National Treasure and Indiana Jones. All that aside I like your interpretation cuz it could happen *shrugs* |

you didn't interpret this stanza in the song "I can feel this light that's inside of me Growing fast into a bolt of lightning I know one spark will shock the world, yeah, yeah So I pray for favor like Esther I need your strength to handle the pressure I know there will be sacrifice But that's the price" I am intersted to know your thoughts on this section. I do agree that there is a religious connotation to the song. I think "heavy is the head that wears the crown" is a reference to all christians that in hard times when a burden is placed on you because you were chosen, to keep your head up and don't let the burden weigh you down. Also, could be a reference to Jesus since he wore a crown as the son of God and probably had the most responsibility that anyone in history has ever had in my opinion. With the phoenix reference being born again I think is like being baptised or saved because you "die" and are "born again" |
