And her spirit and her courage are all she needs And she flies, and she flies, oh oh oh and (she finally gets her dream come true and she had strength and courage to to it. the whole world is her now.) its not a relationship song, buts it makes it easier to explain it like that. the couple has finally seen the real world and are scared about it 'don't be afriad of tomorrow just grab my hand, i'll make feel so much better tonight." the chorus is like showing how they are starting to realize they can't hide forever they have to face whatever comes at them in this cruel world. they see how bad the world is and how hard couples have it. I think the song means that you'll always do something for the person you love. wether its you best friend or you lover you never want to seem them fall into darkness. you tell them that you won't let go matter how hard it is for you or them. I'll be with you forever and i fight with you when something goes wrong. it's like you'll die for them. "it hurts my heart to see you cry" is like you bf/ husband saying hey everything is going to be ok don't cry. Rascal flatts aid the song was like a dad looking after his daughter, like the dad will do anything to keep his little girl from crying. it can be looked at ethier way. beautiful song!! another great song by the Flatts. |
