| The Beatles – Don't Ever Change Lyrics | 14 years ago |

Not so much as a Lyric Correction, but more as a correction of who actually WROTE the song. "Don't Ever Change" was written by Gerry Goffin and Carole King in 1961, originally recorded by "The Circkets" and was covered by The Beatles for The "Top of the Pops" in 1963. It was then released on "Live at the BBC" in 1994. So Rubber_Soul is right in saying that The Beatles never wrote this song. It is a cover. Also LovelyRita, I'm not sure if you're being sarcastic or not about The Beatles never covering a song. If you recall "With The Beatles" has a total of 6 covers and one of their most famous songs, "Twist and Shout" was written by Phil Medley and Bert Berns, and recorded by The Top Shots and more well known The Isley Brothers. |
