This song is about 'The Game', not that silly rapper, but one of the fictional characters introduced on Food & Liquor, and shown again on The Cool. The Game represents the hustling, the drug game, the pimping, and so on. This song is The Game talking to The Cool aka Michael Young History after his killing. It even fits perfectly in the rhyme at the end of the song: 'I hope your bullet holes become mouths that say my name, because I'm the GAME. Really looking forward to Food & Liquor 2, he should continue with this concept of The Cool, The Streets, The Game (and Righteousness? Right hand of The Cool that has rotten away, check the cover of The Cool.). |
