She's not talking about another woman. She's talking about having been with a man she gave it all to, and in doing so lost herself. She wonders who she has become, she misses the woman she used to be and she is realizing that she allowed a man to change who she is/was. Thus "Y-Control", Y standing for the y chromesome which only men have, and control--obviously the control and power he held over her. |

Pretty much every song by YYY is about sex. Especially in their earlier work. I mean, they pretty much put it out there and tell you themselves. I mean, they call their sound "fuckrock" for Gods sake. |
