To me, this song is about two suicidal/emo people who are in love and struggling to stay alive because they think they're life is horrible. "Just try to get up," Try To stay alive. "And I'm sorry this Wasn't easy." Sorry about how he makes her live miserable sometimes. "You never let go," Never let go of her life.
