This, in my opinion, is about the most emotional song on Scars & Souvenirs. Fell in love with it at a time that was really trying to me. Still in love with it. Quite simply put, when I sing this song, I'm telling my problems "hey, you can't intimidate me".

Gotta hand it them, these guys rock! One of the more melodious System songs so you really get the message. I especially liked the line "Then, the people found out the lie". Conjures an image of the president caught redhanded with his hand in the cookie jar with cookie crumbs all over his mouth. |

Yeah I get the part where science has caused harm to the Earth. For one, deforestation was less of a problem when the axe was the only tree felling tool and it took several men several days to fell one tree. Still, science has helped mankind; it would be hypocritical to say otherwise. I'ld say this song is about how science benefits man (self-centered man!) at the expense of Mother Earth |

Love the rhythm of this song. Dance to it when I'm cooking. Is there any such thing as old school rock cos this song seems to me to have an undertone that sounds so like songs of the eighties. Hey, don't get me wrong, i'm not in any way damning it.
