Jamies Elsewhere – They Said a Storm Was Coming Lyrics 14 years ago
although many of their lyrics can be interpretted that way, im pretty sure theyve never come out and said either way if they are or arent... so that leads me to beleive they are not a christian band. i love christian music but i really dont want to consider them as a christian band bc ive been disappointed by bands before whohad christian lyrics and later came out and said they arent a christian band even though their songs clearly show they are a christian band (which i consider fake- examples, attack attack and the crimson armada). though jamies elsewheres songs can be interpreted as christian lyrics, i dont beleive they are like these foresaid bands. but, i love jamies elsewhere. i hope that answered your question

Jamies Elsewhere – Seasons Lyrics 14 years ago
maybe this song is about how they changed singers and he hopes that people will stay, though theyve change a bit. and he says that no matter who likes, or dislikes, the bands changes, they will still do what they want. thats what i think but im not too good at interpreting songs

Listener – Ozark Empire Lyrics 14 years ago
i have no clue what the song is about. i love it though. i tried my best and this is what i came up with

maybe ita about how corrupt the world is and how people struggle in life with things like loosing their job while having no hope. and without having hope they will put their faith in things like pills and medicine that youre told will fix everything but they become disappointed when it doesnt work. thats what i got, please put in your ideas too

The Chariot – Andy Sundwall Lyrics 14 years ago
I am horrible at decifering songs but heres my attempt

this is one of my favourites on the album, i feel like the first part is about being brought up in a hyprcitical christian lifestyle and feeling like you want more than the ones around you who arent really living for god. they want to grow more in god and they take that step.
the talking part is, i think, about not wanting to be associated with the "christians" who are fake and just trying your best to separate from them. and theyre saying "im not perfect but at least i can admit it"

i think the ends is just saying that they were bored of not persuing god and they wanted more
"We grew bored from your ways. We want more.
We can't step away from the ocean just because the waves are thick. On we press"

again, i may be very far off, but that was what i got from it, if im wrong correct me.

Showbread – You're Like a Taxi Lyrics 14 years ago
this is lyrically one of my favourite songs on the album, my favourite lines are "When I die, whatever you might say, Don't say I'm gone, Gone is not the word for someone who finally found his way back home"
one of my closest friends just died yesterday and these words have helped so much because i know that even though he left us, he is home where he should be and is better than he has ever been. alot of other showbread songs help too like the Fear of God and Until We Meet Again

I love this song!!! It relates really well to the westboro baptist church, I wonder if that was inspiration for this song
