I think this song is about a relationship that was just him taking, and taking from Rachel. She says "set my pride to the side, tear me up and look inside. Just to see how many times you've really made these eyes cry", which you can tell, he keeps hurting her, without caring for her pride. I reeaally love this song, because it's VERY relatable. For example, a lot of people have been in a relationship or 'friendship' where they keep hurting you. And just putting you down, all the time! <3(: |
