| Especially considering that the song is named after a C.S. Lewis book, it seems to me that this song contains some Christian imagery. Father=God, son/the perfect man/living martyr=Jesus. "I saw what cannot be seen" could mean seeing/finding God. The last three lines may describe the ideal world, perhaps something like what the world would be like after the second coming? | |
