| I'm an American who just started listening to Blur in the past month and I knew that Damon Albarn was an anagram of Dan Abnormal. So is Norman Balda, both of which are credited for keyboards on Elastica albums instead of Damon Albarn, but they're both him. Am I the only one who *doesn't* think this is literally about vampires? It seems pretty obvious that it's about partying, hanging out all night, and that the vampire thing is a metaphor. I mean, look at Nelly's WHOLE part, it isn't really about vampires, but about partying. Except where she says I'll be your vampire, it's about going out, having fun, getting too drunk, and having sex. |
