| Hands down my favorite song from Angles. Besides Undercover of Darkness this is the only song that actually shows off Julian's voice the way the other albums did. The chorus is also really catchy (compared to the rest of the album's choruses.) | |

As creepy as it may seem, I completely relate to this song. I'm an overall average/boring person who wishes he was cooler like all of his ridiculously popular friends. Death is never far from my mind, but not in an emo way. I totally relate to Metabolism though because I have a ridiculously fast metabolism, causing me to be extremely skinny naturally. This song is a little too depressing for my taste, especially for a Strokes song. |

This song is great. The sound is as good as any other Strokes song, which by the way are all amazing. The guitar is as brilliant and catchy as it was five years ago, something I'm very glad about. This song is obviously, as said before, based on where the band has been these last few years. I can't wait for the rest of the album. |
