I think that she is talking about a guy who she really likes, they've been together now for enough time for her to not be his "hot new chick" anymore, he has gotten to know all of her, including her flaws. I liked what someone said about her telling herself don't look back like stop thinking about their past, and i also agree the hey,hey part is her trying to get his attention again. She feels like he is starting to distance himself, his same old trick (he has a history of this) since she is not his hot new chick. She is losing him. She is telling herself he will kill for her because that's what she wants to believe and maybe he even has led her to believe that too through out their relationship. He war is the conflict and confusingness of their relationship, a battle of emotions. he wants her, but isn't sure anymore and feels like it might be easier to just move on and she loves him but wants to forget about their past because she doesn't want to get hurt if he disappears especially if it's because he now sees her with her flaws. It hurts her that he might not be able to accept her with them. maybe? |
