It really speaks to the times and should be a wake up call for anyone who thinks this time period was a bastion of equality, peace, and love. |

From my perspective, it's the opposite of cool and self assured. A cool, self assured man doesn't have to treat a woman like this. He knows his worth, and he knows her worth, and they are partners. This is a song about hate. |

It's absolutely misogynist. The song specifically states, doesn't even imply, but STATES that this girl is the WORST thing in the world. That ignores the fact that virtually all evil on earth is perpetrated by men for men's benefit, and ignores the fact that men overall do far worse things like rape, murder, and wage war. |
