this song represents everything that me and my best friend went through a couple of years back. So, this is how I think of it. It's about a friend who is depressed/going through heartbreak or some other issue and they're trying to help them but the friends being self destructive (cutting, being irresponsible maybe?) so they give up on them because they feel there's nothing they can do to save them, but they wish they could. I turned my back on my friend for this reason and I've promised myself not to do it again, since she's depressed again now :/ even though theres nothing I can do to save her, I'm not trning my back. |
