the "no turn unstoned" is defined as an extensive search for something leaving nothing out this is very clearly a search for something but from a spiritual standpoint having experienced this I can understand what they are talking about the akashic records are the collective subconscious of the world any thought or memory anyone has or any event that has occurred in history is stored there the mind organizes this information in a library because its the only thing it can conceive as real however the library itself only exists within the astral plains within the actual spiritual form there is simply a mass of thoughts simply a you hear people and see both images thoughts and a sea of words which are all the thoughts of others the song itself is an akashic's quest for knowledge gaining access to the records or understanding what they are is rare those who become akashics value knowing above all else I am I am I am Like a mad man groping in a dark room.
