I think this is about Billy Corgan and a girl he knows. I think they have some kind of connection but they just weren't meant to be together. This girl has beautiful moments in her life from time to time because she is a diamond lost in this cruel world. She tries to be there for Billy and Billy is there for her once in a while because there is affection between them but their lives took separate paths after their childhood.
