I've got to slightly disagree with you all. I think it's actually a pretty straight-forward song. One night a guy meets a girl in a bar. He knows that a one night stand is a mistake. The next morning they both have to head out of town. He doesn't want it to go any further, but she wants to see him again. When she persists he pushes her away. She hits her head on the concrete and dies in front of all the other people on their way to work. Everyone around is yelling "get up, get up, please start breathing." |
