This is definitely about a girl leaving you behind. It's about this guy who just can't sleep anymore, hence the part "Oh, the night here comes again", he can't sleep because he still wants her but he doesn't know how he ended up having such strong feelings about someone... but he does and he's fucking scared about it... cuz she doesn't care. She probably never cared either... but he still keeps the good memories in a safe place, in the back of his mind. Those memories feel good but the present just destroys him. He goes out at night, with jeans the jacket and the shirt, drinks and raises his glass... He gets drunk every time and that's breaking his body... while she just breaks his soul.
