The Tallest Man on Earth – You're Going Back Lyrics 15 years ago
What he can't let go of is his "sake" when he says it's not for "some sake" sarcastically meaning there's something besides the home that is there that it's important to him, not an object but an ideal

"drive you so safe" could mean the driver is afraid of the city. And the woods are safe. " walk you to here" could also means I can't walk you very far cause he's scared..

I don't fucking know it's awesome though and kristian matsson obviously writes alot of riddles

Also I think it's a depressing place but the singer likes and his friend detests it and unconvinced by the singers pursuasion and allure of the woods

This about a his friend I'm sure as well. Total platonic song. What it's about is about the two men deciding to live in a rural or remote area in the woods with a dog. The friend is sick of it and wants to go back to the city. The singer is the "driver" and will easily do as he says. "I can roll you to hell" I believe he means I can easily take you there. "hell" being the city the place the singer hates. It's also his friends "heaven". And the singer will have to "swim" from it. It's an image for struggle. It's more apparent he contrast with "I cry from your laughter" most simply "what makes you happy, makes me sad" " your heaven my, is my hell type shit. I'm not exactly sure where they are at the moment though. When he says "I could walk you to here" so probably in between the city and the home in the woods. Then his friend trips out as he is driving, screams! Driver don't go that fucking way. Yadayada ya and there's somethig there that the singer can't let go of. And he "your" going back, not "we" it's apparent the singer stays

Little Joy – Play The Part Lyrics 15 years ago
I Think it's a man playing a father figure a baby girl whom he's not sure is his. "spending time convinced that it's mine" also "with her to keep her out of mind" he basically doesn't want to think about it so he'll "play the part" as a father, but taking care which way the wind blows" knowing that it may not be his. Then he says, "look the way her hair curls" meaning the daughter and him dont seem related. The following verse is about the clown. The image of a curly hair clown. Maybe the womens ex-boyfriend and the actual father. "he's a fool to assume you'd thought that I'm a thief that has just been caught" the singer is commenting on the irony of the "clowns" jealousy and assumption that the singer took the woman from him, when in fact the irony is that the clown and the woman share the child that the singer is taking care as his own. What he doesn't find funny anymore is either the clown or Maybe jokes about how his daughter doesnt look like him or looks like the other man. So he won't play the part, or be the father. And when the singer confronts her about the joke shes not laughing anyway. So then he says again I won't play the part in your mistake (cheating) unless you stay.

I know it's left field but it sounds close.
