personally i can relate to this song so much. her lyrics are very motivating and inspiring. to me its simply about love, shes in love with this guy who is so right for her in all the wrong ways. she loves the crazyness of their relationship, and how she wants it over what they "should" be "i am in love with what we are, not what we should be" shes saying that nothing last forever, but just for this one night she would like one more chance "this is our last chance, give me your hand" shes saying that the night is going by too fast and they need to releash the inner animal and they need to embrace it and just love eachother like its the last time they will ever love again " so if its just tonight the animal inside, let it live and die like its the end of time so just come and love me like were gunna die" |

honestly the way i looked at this song is simple: shes friends with a guy, but she wants more than that, like a relationship. she knows that this relationship will be hard, but she simply does not care. shes saying she wants all of him no matter what it is. she not only wants the "pretty" side of a relationship, but as well as the "ugly" side too. shes in love with who he is, and for that shes willing to do whatever it takes to move from friendship to something more |
