It's about a guy who's promising forever to a girl that he really wants to prove himself to. He's gonna go through the ups and downs, and whatever bad circumstances that they may encounter. All he asks in return is for the girl to stay by his side. He may have gone through some rough times in a previous relationship, which turned him into a stronger individual. In his current relationship, he knows that he is capable of doing anything for this girl. I guess the guy has recognized the girl to be "the one" for him. He wants to be able to show the girl that he is "the one" for her, as well. He is willing to take the leap. There is such devotion and sincerity in the lyrics and in the voice of the singer. It's about a deeper kind of love, minus the delusions... Wouldn't it be great if your bf proposed with this song in the background? I'd definitely love that :) |
