I do agree with the guitar playing thing but i still think that she does play the guitar just not maybe in all her songs.. and the one line in that website that says "I'm not the milk and Cheerios in your spoon,

hahha that made me laugh out loud cuz the second line is incorrect which is why that dummy said it didnt make sense its suppose to be "its not a simple hearing but not so soon" the words were mixed up thats all. And this also is her first album so it may be pop/rock i mean its not completely pop i cant stand most pop but lets wait maybe she will come out with a more rock cd .. u never know! Also when this person says that she couldnt be Britney ANYONE could be Britney Spears all u have to do is put on some tight pants and a belly showing top and lipsync your ass off and shake your booty and touch yourself.. im sure every gurl (if they wanted to be fake and skanky) could be Britney Spears! I also think that if she feels comfortable in writing popish songs than she should continue! Music isnt all through how someone is dressed!! I mean if thats how she feels comfortable than great! Im not saying Avril hasnt lied here and there or that shes a perfect angel and im NOT saying that her music is crappy and that we are all fooled i just think that in my opion people are putting her down to much.. i mean can u imagine how hard it is to be in that kind of world where everyone judges u by your looks? I honestly think she is great the only complaint i have to say is that those two new songs of her "Two Rivers" and the other one there sux cuz there way to country! Im not putting skycamefalling00 down ..not putting anyone down im just saying what my opionon on this whole thiing!

I really think this song is telling anyone, male or female, to keep your virginity to not have sex! I honestly think girls or guys are stupid for losing thier virginity to thier bf or gf at age 16 i mean he/she probably doesnt care about you and if he/she did than they would understand why you want to keep your virginity! Aight first of all i read some of the comments written here and i must say that most of them were just putting her down..and why? You guys fricken jealous! Yea she may dress punk but thats doesnt mean she has to be a PUNK SINGER..no if she feels more comfortable writing the type of music she writes than rock on! I think she is soo fricken talented and i absolutely admire her heres why.. a) Shes got a great voice.. i downloaded song live performances she had done with just one of her guitar players and she sounded awesome!! She is not like one of those singers where u would pay to go see her lipsync NO she ACTUALLY SINGS! b) She writes her own songs. I heard that they wanted to give her songs that were written for her and she rejected them because she had a dream to write her OWN songs to show other ppl what kind of TALENT she has! and i dunno if u dont like her than why come read her lyrics..I am not some gurl who loves pop i honestly HATE POP! I dont like listening to music that tells me to go and have sex .. i love rock, punk and some rap and yes i do luv avril she is awesome and i think ppl are just misjudging her just because of how she dresses which its not all about the look PPL!! its about the TALENT which she has lots of! Also whoever said that she use to be a "preppy bitch" in highschool.. i highly doubt that i think that she is dressing how she likes and she sings how she likes and shes not trying to be someone shes not! If she was than she would dress like a skank but she doesnt! I personally think that all u guys who put her down are totally misjudging her and thats not cool! So stop trying to be cool and say 'Im soo punk and shes a poser'..u guys just sound stupid!

I dont see whats the point of some of you guys putting her down and not calling her an "artist". Personally i have respect for her cuz she shows talent.. she has a good voice and she can write good songs and most pop bands dont do that cuz they have no talent at all most of them lipsync thier concerts and i personally rather have the singer SING there songs and suck at it rather than seeing someone lipsync and pretending to have talent. Avril may dress like a punk but that doesnt mean her music HAS to be punk music...thats just her style and i totally respect her style..if she can write good songs thats not punk than good for her either way i think she is totally talented and admire her cuz i know i wouldnt be able to write my own songs..so stop putting her down i think shes great and a lot of other pppl do to and if u dont like her dont bother to come check out her lyrics.. |
