I think the song is about going out, doing stupid things and not caring about the concequences, whether that includes sex (which it probabally does) or not. I don't think the entire song is about sex, but I think Gareth considers it a part of being who he is, so it partially is for him, but you can take it to mean anything that you would do on a night out, "dancing" in this case is a metaphor for whatever you end up doing when you go out, which is subject to change based on the listener (as well as being used in a literal sense obviously). So no, the song isn't about sex as such, it's just about not caring about what happens and living in the moment.
