I think its about a couple who are together but aren't really in love, but they lie and tell each other that they do love each other. They'd been away from each other for some time, and then they "come down" and realize they're not in love. But when they see each other again, they feel "love," but they're still pretending, and time feels like its going slow, and it's just a terrible feeling. And it hurts him more because he's got nothing else, not even self-pride. |
