I say the murder was intentional. After initially trying to open up the box, Sheila realizes that Bill is probably hiding himself in there. An evil thought then comes to her head and she decides to plunge the cutter into Waldo. Why else would someone open up a package so dramatically? |

I don't think he literally refers to Picasso. To me it's about an artist making himself feel better/venting about his failures by believing that some succesful artist in hisory(in this case Picasso) had it easy in getting his way. Overall, I think this song is poking fun at that notion. |
