First off, Laurence347 is exactly correct with the meaning behind this song - but Danom8 drew a conclusion that whether he knows it or not makes him correct too -- Gnarls Barkley and Sam Sparro have a lot of similarities in their form of expression and lyrics. For example, most prob don't even realize how religious of a song "Crazy" by Gnarls is... go listen to it. Love you all! I find it funny that you, liselot1989, came up with what you did while you were drunk, because I, too, was on a relaxant when I was able to open my mind to the meaning behind this song. All I can say is Mrmoo232 is exactly correct... and I am going to take this to the next step... or I should say what I am about to say is going to take us all to the next step. Since I can't sum everything up in a comment box on this website, I'm coming up with a way to be able to speak and be heard by all the world at the same time... starting with the only place I know how, my family, my blood, myself. If you have found yourself here today reading this, then chances are you are very close yourself already. It's like a nagging in all our heads, a hurdle (if you will) that we can easily jump together - it's just we don't know how to jump yet. If you are really close, then all I can say is combine the idea of God with your earliest memory you have as a child... or I should say the earliest feeling you have as a child of being loved. This is easiest to do for the majority of the population by thinking of an early event with our mothers. Think of that joy. Or the person that held the motherly image in your life (a caregiver regardless of gender) **the English language / language in general is very limited to describing raw emotion, bear with me** If not an event, then feel the idea of how much you love your mom and how much your mom loves you. I will continue to use present tense because for you to understand what I am saying - first you gotta realize past and future don't exist because time doesn't exist - only our imagination of time. Humans are imagination, we are creative design... and only when you can see this in your mind - the merge of science (knowledge), imagination, thought, consciousness, life, expression --- basically everything you feel passion for, starting with the people that matter most in your life - are in fact, God. I'm not sure if Sam Sparro knew what he was saying when he sung this song, but this song, and a string of fortunate events in (signs that have rapidly come closer together)my daily life and since I was born have lead me to this point... this post... this moment and the following days to come. If you are reading this, I want you to breath a sigh of relief. That is all I can say for now. I have always had the number 911 - when 9/11 happened I wondered, and I doubted... but the 911 didn't stop happening. Thankfully I know I have told enough people about this recurring number for enough years that I know my loved ones and friends will just know once I tell them of the events that have taken place. And the best part? I didn't realize the date until a couple hours ago and decided to finally write this. I'm done ignoring what we have always known. I love you all. -J While writing this... my friend called me and after explaining to him that I would be posting and the significance of the date along with my "haunting" of the number 911 - he asked me if I realized what I really had... not so much a date of 1-19-11 but instead 11911 - it's the perfect mirror, I realized with his help. We can think of point A and point B - now picture a tunnel and the entrance on the left is point A and the exit on the right is point B. Now, look through the tunnel folks. Look through A and your sight will come out of B -- Make point A birth and point B death (Or for our science crowd A is true and B is false, A is nothing, B is something, A=0, B=1, etc.) The tube itself and and space between these two points is life. It's not too hard once you open your mind <3. Without A you wouldn't see B, and vice versa. Without either you would not have a tube in the first place. |
