I personally truley believe, That what the meaning is!! He is from boston,shit happens you gotta go well after being gone for so long and missing home so much, your ready to do anything if it means you can go home and be home where your from!!- So there is your meaning of "shipping up to boston". Onto the "Find my wooden leg" means its better to be able to hobble and walk/run around home comfortably than be on the run. . .Meaning he's finding his way home "Sailor Peg" - meaning hardcore will steal wil fight and do whatever it takes to be On Top!! and "Top Sails"- meaning they was getting there and they were making it - than (As said Before)Shit happens and the "Aunthority" wants you bad (wheather your a hooligan punk thief or a man who will do anything to make mad money!!)
