Sara Bareilles is known for clever word play. She's simply comparing the rocky relationship (two kids doing the run around, as killstar put it) to a rocky alcohol addicton. The lyrics are great and fun to sing. I agree with shikonaori. Its one of the best songs on the album(next to Gravity) |
