IMO, this song is about a relationship where she's flirty and he just too intuitive for his own good. ''You look at him like you've never known him But I know for a fact that you have''. He knows whats going on, but he will repress his feelings by drinking, but knowing that he's gonna explode sometime. It seems like Elliot had expectations on that someone, waiting for her to show up and try to solve the situation, but didnt. He was clearly retreating, not ending it, but retreating. Thats a so so corresponded love. Awesome song. I cannot describe how i love this guy's songs. |

its about life itself and drugs you're always looking forward to doing something, but it never comes..and then you use drugs to calm your needs ..and the chorus is very clear heyyy dont let it go to waste i love it but i hate the taste weight keeping me down.. he uses because it relaxes him, but he also hates it and then he starts to "fly" because of the drug effect raw song though, this is how good rock n roll should be |
