Ok, I have to ask this here:
Am I the only person who thinks the vocalist sings "I can play the guitar like a motherfucking Vai", In reference to Steve Vai? Sorry but I can't hear the "R" sound in the "riot" word that every lyric's website shows. Am I just tripping balls? |

this is one of the bests songs i've ever heard. It's a shame that FASSW don't make more of this type of song, instead of the intense screaming. I'm not sure about the meaning though. I always thought that the meaning of the first part is that the narrator is hopeful about his situation, as he can see the skylines rise above the fields of sinking stones. He was drowning but then he comes near the surface and can see the skylines rise. But then the rest of the song confuses me a bit. And the title "Ghosts Over Japan" just confuses me more.
does someone knows about other bands or songs from FASSW that looks like this one? I mean in terms of rhytm and voice. |

Very good song. The Dead Kennedys version is the best, even better than the original one. They kept the riff from the original song and yet managed to put a speed up beat. Genious |
