I agree it's deliberate; in the next line he references both Michael Jackson and George Michael. Rivers knows what he's doing. My interpretation was that he preferred the Tiffany song, but would much rather spend time "alone" with Debbie Gibson. I mean, we're all on the same page there, right? |

Oasis was listed on the thank-you list in Hurley's liner notes, and the band's break-up retrospective compilation that came out in 2009 was called "Time Flies"...wonder if Oasis ever crossed the mind while lyrics were being penned. |
