| I was surprised Cudi wasn't the large part of this song lol. It's a good song overall and i just like listening to it. It kinda makes me think its more of a girl and a dude tryin to get togetha. You know how these girls just be changing on dudes. Its kinda stereotyping those girls who just talk to one dude and move on to the next one and always be playing games acting scandalous. Of course not all girls are like that but this song targets those one's yanno the Hoe's we call Honey :P | |

I love the beat of this song as soon as it starts gives it kinda like a thriller maniac western tune (if that makes any sense D:). I agree with CapnObvious (awesome name) about his song meanings. The first part is most definitely dealing with cocaine as he has stated "I was high-fiving death" when he was talking about his cocaine usage. He also states in his song This the end his love for his daughter and giving up blow for good ( I'll never do it again / Cause this is the end ) One thing I'd have to note is the point he's making he feels alone. But this song's ad libs are funny lol. |

| Kid Cudi – The End (feat. GLC, Chip tha Ripper & Nicole Wray) Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| I wouldn't just say Cudi ruins the song. While I do agree his verse that his verse does not fit the tempo of this song exactly and he should have broken out of his usual style to a more lyrical one. I'm a huge Cudi fan and it's not like his song lyrics mean nothing. They have meaning usually hinting to his life and his issues. I can relate to many of the bits and pieces in his song but I believe sometimes he mixes it with a fun style not much of a lyrical one. Cudi could be a better lyrical rapper f he gives up on the usual fun style he uses but I don't mind :). Anyways this song is going off a lot of his issues most recent on his Cocaine usage and past regrets. I don't know much about where GLC and Chip tha Ripper's story came from but when I think about this song I think it's like a story book. | |

"Day n Night got flipped and I got blow for a grip Sippin' on the Heine with my Jaime boo beside me That's my fuckin' best friend When I'm tweekin' she be calmin' a brother" I think this whole thing would be pointing to the fact he was spending money on coke and how he was using it a lot. He stated his daughter is his best friend before so i believe this hints to that. Also he says that she is the new inspiration to why he is changing himself. hence "I'll never do it again". |
